What is CTO Connect?

CTO Connect is the 2021 fully online version of the annual Chronic Total Occlusion Summit: A Live Case Demonstration Course.

The two-day event is a compelling and interactive virtual experience, delivering first-rate education and training to CTO-PCI practitioners. The most brilliant minds in the field assemble to teach state-of-the-art, advanced techniques for recanalization of chronic total occlusions.

Sessions at CTO Connect focus on advanced techniques and evidence-based medicine conveyed through live case transmissions performed by the world’s leading operators and real-time analysis from world-class faculty members.

When is CTO?

The conference will broadcast on February 19-20, 2021, following Eastern Standard Time (UTC −5).

What is the cost to attend CTO Connect?

CRF is offering CTO Connect free of charge. Please register to gain access to all programming.

Are the cases and sessions shown live, or are they prerecorded?
CTO Connect will include both live-streamed and prerecorded live case demonstrations, lectures, and moderated discussions.
In what time zone is the conference presented?
Live-streamed content will follow a schedule based on Eastern Standard Time (UTC −5).
What time does the conference start?
Sessions are broadcast between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM EST. Convert to your local time. Explore the Program Guide.
Can I earn CME credits?
CTO Connect is not CME-accredited. However, you can claim a certificate of attendance.
How do I claim my Certificate of Attendance?
We will be sending you a post-CTO survey for your feedback. After you complete the survey, your Certificate of Attendance will be available to download.

What are the technology requirements to connect to the meeting?
  • You need an internet connection and web or mobile browser. For the best viewing experience, we recommend you use Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Internet Explorer is not recommended as some functions, such as chat, are not fully supported.
  • We recommend that you turn off ad-blocking software. It can block the chat feature.
  • You can also view CTO Connect on your mobile iOS or Android device.

Whom do I contact if I have technical problems?
Please contact for technical help. Make sure you are logged in to the CTO Connect conference website with your TCTMD user account. Check your internet connection. If you still need technical assistance, email us as at for additional support.
How do I access the on-demand content to watch asynchronously on the conference dates?
Log in with your TCTMD ID to begin viewing content. From the CTO Connect conference website, you can browse by day or the full program.
I am logged in, but nothing is on my screen!
Sessions will appear at the official session start time, but not before the start time. Stay logged in; it will begin broadcasting on schedule. Sessions are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (UTC −5).
